4. Come back to the hostel room and wait for the government arranging a unit. (Please walk or take an epidemic prevention taxi to and from the hospital, and do not take public transportation.)

3. 同房親友確診當日起，需再進行七天自主防疫。

1. Immediately do a quick screening and confirm with the hotel staff that it is negative before leaving the room.

2. If there are other vacancies in the hotel, we can arrange a room change for you; if there are no other vacancies, please reserve another hotel by yourself.

3. Roommates in the same room are required to carry out self-epidemic prevention for another seven days from the day they are diagnosed.

4. If the diagnosis is confirmed during the subsequent stay, please follow the above process of "Confirmed Person's Medical Information and Referral Transfer".

因確診而無法入住的期間我們將全額退款，本館的退房時間為早上11點，需支付的房間費用將依照您退房的時間點來計算。

如：
10/20早上11點前離開，需支付至10/19為最後一晚。
10/20早上11點後離開，需支付至10/20為最後一晚。

We will give a full refund during the period of being unable to stay due to Covid-19 tested positive.

The check-out time of the hotel is 11:00 a.m , and the room fee to be paid will be based on your time of check-out.

For instance, on October 20th, if you check out before 11am, you will be charged until October 20th.

If you leave after 11am, you will be charged an additional night.
