・When can I make a reservation？(From Jan. 1st 2023)

From Jan. 1st (2 pm), we accept bookings for anytime before Dec. 29th this year.
From Jul. 1st (2 pm), we accept bookings for anytime before Jun. 30th next year.
There is a minimum requirement of booking 2 nights (same room type).
If you’d like to stay for only ONE-night please see the following:
For Weekdays: 2pm on the 1st of every month, we accept one-night booking for this month and the following month. For Weekends: 2pm every Monday, we accept one-night booking for the Friday and Saturday of the same week.
Weekday: Sunday - Thursday / Weekend: Friday - Saturday

・Check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time: 3:00pm
Check-out time: 11:00am

・Can I check in late night?

Yes. We have a self-check procedure after 11:00pm. We will give you a temporary room card. On the next morning from 8:00am to 11:00 am, please come to the reception with your passport and room card to check in properly.

・Can I store my luggage there?

Yes. Our luggage room is open from 7:00am to 11:00 pm. You can store your luggage here before check-in and after check-out.

Overnight luggage storage is only available for guests with reservations within the next three days. A modest storage fee will be charged.

・Can you receive parcels for me?

Yes. But please note:

1). You must pay online, or leave cash at our reception before it arrives. Otherwise we can’t receive it for you.
2). Please use the same name as your booking name.
3). Make sure it arrives during the time of your stay.
4). Inform us when you check in.

・Can I cancel my Booking?

In accordance with the Standard Form Contract Regulations issued by the Tourism Administration, once a reservation is confirmed, the property may collect the agreed total room rate as a deposit prior to check-in. If the deposit cannot be collected, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made 3 days prior to the check-in date: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

- Cancellations made 1–2 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

- Cancellations made on the check-in date or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the deposit will be charged as the cancellation fee.

Example: For a reservation with a total room rate of NT$3,600 and a check-in date of January 4:

- Cancellation requested on January 1: NT$3,600 will be refunded.

- Cancellation requested on January 2 or January 3: NT$1,800 will be charged.

- Cancellation requested on January 4, or in the event of a no-show: NT$3,600 will be charged.

・Can I choose an upper or lower bed/room?

We will arrange your room/beds according to the best availability. Please kindly understand that we cannot guarantee your room / bed location.
