・When can I make a reservation？(From Jan. 1st 2023)
From Jan. 1st (2 pm), we accept bookings for anytime before Dec. 29th this year.
From Jul. 1st (2 pm), we accept bookings for anytime before Jun. 30th next year.
There is a minimum requirement of booking 2 nights (same room type).
If you’d like to stay for only ONE-night please see the following:
For Weekdays: 2pm on the 1st of every month, we accept one-night booking for this month and the following month. For Weekends: 2pm every Monday, we accept one-night booking for the Friday and Saturday of the same week.Weekday: Sunday - Thursday / Weekend: Friday - Saturday
・Check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time: 3:00pm
Check-out time: 11:00am
・Can I check in late night?
Yes. We have a self-check procedure after 11:00pm. We will give you a temporary room card. On the next morning from 8:00am to 11:00 am, please come to the reception with your passport and room card to check in properly.
・Can I store my luggage there?
Yes. Our luggage room is open from 7:00am to 11:00 pm. You can store your luggage here before check-in and after check-out. Pick-up on the same day is free, overnight storage is $50NT/night per luggage.
・Can you receive parcels for me?
Yes. But please note:
1). You must pay online, or leave cash at our reception before it arrives. Otherwise we can’t receive it for you.
2). Please use the same name as your booking name.
3). Make sure it arrives during the time of your stay.
4). Inform us when you check in.
・Can I change/cancel my Booking?
Yes. Please note that: the last day for free change/cancellation is the fourth day prior to your arrival date. Ex: if your arrival date is the 5th of January, the last eligible day would be the 1st of January. Otherwise, a cancellation penalty(first-night fee) will apply. ・Can I have an extra bed?
Yes it is possible, although we can only put one extra bed in Family rooms and Friend bunk rooms. ($450/night)
Please contact us if you need an additional bed in your private room.
・Can I choose an upper or lower bed/room?
We will arrange your room/beds according to the best availability. Please kindly understand that we cannot guarantee your room / bed location.
